X-Men: Yesterday's X-Men [Marvel Premier Collection]

Description

X-Men: Yesterday's X-Men – one of the most important starting points for modern X-Men stories, now released in the compact and accessible Marvel Premier Collection format.

Professor X’s original five students – Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Iceman, Angel, and Beast – are pulled from the past and brought into the present. However, the world they find is nothing like the future they dreamed of.

The young X-Men see what their older versions have become, how Professor Xavier’s dream has changed, and how deeply the mutant world has fractured. It is especially difficult for young Cyclops, who must face what his future self has become.

At the same time, Mystique and Sabretooth begin hunting the mutants who arrived from the past, and their appearance in the present also draws the attention of Captain America and the Avengers. The conflict escalates further when the adult Cyclops and his rebellious Uncanny X-Men team arrive at the Jean Grey School in search of new allies.
